Background
God create special needs for special parents. We were
blessed with a special needs child. Through his eyes we learn many heartwarming
lessons, sometimes difficult, sometimes tearful but each time ends with precious,
loving and happy memories. The company came to being for 3 reasons: we learnt
that not many businesses accept Special Needs employees, not that we are experts
in special needs coaching but is true. The second reason, we saw many special
needs children and adults are so happy around balloons, party decorations, and
birthday cakes in parties having a great time! The 3rd reason: as
parents of a special needs child we have one ultimate worry and that is when
we leave this world we worry about special needs child, who and how would he/she be taken care of. The
last reason is very heavy and real concern.
Hey! Why not do it ourselves! We are parents of a special
needs child! We may not be the best parents on earth but rather than drowning
and frowning let’s face the adventure! We took steps, months of research and
planning, lots of thinking and many dreams forge them together. We dreamt of owning
living quarters, buses, good working area for special needs working adults. We
dreamt of a company that can provide a good service to our customers and peace
to the many parents with special needs children.
The company is young, there is so much to learn but you can
sense the motivation we have. We only have this lifetime to make it happen
before we take our last breath.
We do not hope to leave behind a reputation or
legacy or fame, but rather a sustainable eco-business system and livelihood for special needs individuals with
meaningful lifelong careers with dignity,
respect and purpose, who also deserve precious loving and happy memories for
a lifetime.
Mission of 1 Party House is to create precious, loving and
happy memories for a lifetime for our customers. In doing so, we are able to employ
as many Special Needs children or working adults, providing them meaningful lifelong
careers with dignity, respect and purpose, who also deserve precious loving
